Community
Space

We will offer a variety of opportunities to gather as a community, whether in person or online, in groups large or small, in order to interact with other spiritually minded people. We are grateful to the International Friendship Club of Puerto Vallarta for the use of their meeting space for many of our activities.

Sereni-Tea-Time

…. is about taking time to refresh and connect, a practice that we introduce online from time to time .

A tea ceremony is a time honoured practice in Chan /Zen Buddhist traditions and culture. The mindful preparation and partaking in the beverage is seen as a training that helps us undertake all of our daily activities with mindfulness. Here we combine this tradition with time for gentle Chair Yoga , that opens the body, and gentle guided meditation to quiet the mind. Our time for reflective sharing and community visit further strengthens and encourages us in our daily path toward awakening.

Chai and a Chat

Would you like time to talk one-on-one about your Yoga practice? Perhaps you’re new to Yoga and would like to know more information before you begin. Maybe you have questions about your practice or would like to have a different option for a specific pose. Or perhaps you are going through something that requires you to adapt your Yoga practice, and you are not sure how you can do that.

If you’d like a personal chat on anything related to your practice,  drop me a line by going to contact us . I am more than happy to respond to any questions you may have.  We can meet for a 30 minute chat on zoom, and if you are new to yoga I can arrange for you to try one of our classes with compliments to see if it is a good fit for you.

In any case , don’t let questions or doubts, limitations, or fears hold you back from the many life giving benefits of Yoga. Reach out and I will be very happy to support you in your journey to wellbeing.

Pujas

Our Moon-day Puja’s are usually held on the eve of a full moon, usually once a month, online, during the winter season . An evening Puja is an opportunity to gather and enjoy some gentle pre – recorded chants, share our hopes and aspirations, and gather strength and comfort from each others presence.
