Realizing Our Deeper Self
Have you ever wondered who you are beyond the labels and roles you’ve taken on throughout your life? The self-concept we create often binds us, leading to emotional distress and limitations that hinder our spiritual growth.
This workshop-retreat will take you on a journey of self-discovery based on the Buddhist concept of not-self. In this workshop, we will examine how self-concept is formed and learn how to transcend it through non-dual meditation.
This special urban retreat will be led by Kavindu, with assistance from Osel Dan and Yogini Rebecca, along with special guest Iorch Quetzal from Monterrey, who will offer a healing bowls concert on Friday evening March 8 at 7:00pm
